HBN Shoe, LLC (developers of Insolia® products) is the sole owner of the information collected at http://www.insolia.com and related sites. HBN Shoe, LLC collects information from shoe brands, manufacturers, retailers, consumer, and media users at different points on our Web site. At no time does HBN Shoe, LLC sell or provide any information to third parties for any purpose.
Customer Registration
A consumer is not required to register with the site in order to access all relevant consumer product information. Consumer registration only establishes a user profile for the purpose of providing the consumer user with product information. Each new customer will be added to our email database. When a customer is added they are sent an email notifying them that they have been added to the database, and giving them the opportunity to opt out. Once a customer opts out they will not be added to the database again, even if they purchase from our web site again.
Partner Registration
In order to access certain information important to retailers, manufacturers and other interested industry participants, these users must first complete the partner registration form. During registration a candidate industry user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address) and request a username and password. We use this information to contact the individual with information about Insolia products for which they have expressed interest.
Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify registration and/or password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special offers. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Choice and Opt-out sections.
Sharing Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
Business Transitions
In the event HBN Shoe, LLC goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our announcements or promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the end of the email or email us at unsubscribe@insolia.com.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer wishes to receive news and updates from us, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information.
