The Subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails has your order number. The subject line will look like this:
Subject: Order INSOL-20001
The Order Number is the 5 digits after the dash. In this example the order number is 20001.
For orders placed before July 25, 2008 the subject line will look like this.
Subject: order yhst-19413326800853-19876 from The Insolia Store
The Order Number is the LAST 5 digits after the second dash. In this example the order number is 19876.
