Las instrucciones para instalar las plantillas de Insolia
Pick an insert - there is no difference between right and left - and peel back the small adhesive backing from the heel or rounded end of the insert. Leave the adhesive backing on the rest of the insert for now.
If you need more adhesive exposed for placement, fold down about 1/2 inch of the remaining adhesive backing from the heel, towards the toe.
Take your shoe, which needs to be dry and lotion free, or the adhesive will not adhere properly. If need be, wipe the sock liner, where your foot rests, with a clean cloth. (In unusual circumstances when the sock liner is damp from wear, it may be necessary to allow it to dry overnight.)
Now, take your shoe, and center the heel end of the insert, with the flat side down, in the shoe heel area approximately 1/8 of an inch from the back of the shoe.
Next, center the pointed end of the insert in the arch of the insole. (See the shoe on the left side of the illustration). If your shoes are styled with a narrow arch, (see the shoe on the right side) you may need to point the insert slightly towards the big toe side of the shoe.
Put the shoes on and stand up. Your high heels should feel much more comfortable, but if they don't, you may need to make an easy adjustment.
Make small adjustments of about 1/8 of an inch. Adjust the insert until your heel feels comfortably "cupped" by the insert. Please, take the time to get it right!
Once you feel the insert is correctly positioned, hold the heel of the insert in place with one hand, pull up the front with the other, and peel off the remaining adhesive backing from the pointed end towards the heel. Press down firmly. You are now ready to enjoy your high heels!
